For all blown file line a-b type two layer or three layer we offer customized procedure training for any new application in market.

Trial & Testing :

Pre-project check on any system get ready on floor is regular practice.  It involves verification of commitment been made on film quality & output. Once it got validated, we conduct trial and test as a part of pre-dispatch inspection to eliminate possibility of any error before It get on board for shipping. Same thing get ensured at customers premises where entire line is well calibrated before it go for commercial run.

Maintenance

A well maintained machine perform in long run with less down time.  We offer comprehensive maintenance plan with training to your engineer and supervision for monthly and annually maintenance plan.   Just need to monitor that this practice remain constant to get best outcome from machine. Manual :A detailed instruction manual accompanied to all machines been shipped which guide operation team for smooth running of machine on floor. It also help during installation process as well as identify any part in machine by its specific part number. We strongly recommend customer to ask their team to refer manual well before start.
